Last week we had the opportunity to meet with IC System Manager Rhys John from Mid & West Wales Fire and Rescue Service over at #MorristonFire, where a group of #fireofficers were providing critical feedback to our #incidentcommand software IRISCore.
Our platform has been designed by #firstresponders for first responders, so we arrived there with the idea of receiving first-hand feedback directly from our end-users, but we left with a major knowledge of their day to day routine and extremely humbled to be part of this ecosystem.
