We put our partners at the heart of every decision by involving them throughout the development process and embedding ourselves with them to gain a detailed understanding of their needs.
We create an iterative process that breaks down complex projects into manageable tasks that allow us to deliver incremental value and improvement at rapid pace. Throughout the journey we work with together with partners in a loop of continuous communication, feedback and knowledge sharing.
Our Agile approach has driven the rapid early success for Unblur in the UK fire and rescue service and we are proud to be working with several services, including London, West Midlands, Hereford & Worcester and the Fire Service College.
